Pricing on the Site (including the Packages page) represents starting rates. Actual fees are determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each engagement and confirmed in a written engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and frameworks, is owned by K. Hollingsworth Consulting or its licensors. Frameworks referenced by name (including "Revenue Operations, Illuminated™") are proprietary methodologies of K. Hollingsworth Consulting. You may share excerpts of articles with attribution and a link back to the source page.

Testimonials and case studies displayed on the Site represent the experiences of specific clients. Results vary based on industry, market conditions, leadership, execution, and many other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any engagement.
Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
